For new & renewal of contract:
Here on our webiste, click E-Services menu and register an account to access all our online services.
For ADHOC/ Expired Medicine collection:
1) Send the following by email to payment@wekaya.ae.
a) Trade License
b) Contact details of the person who process the document in Sharjah Municipality.
2) You will be notified for the amount to be paid as deposit for the transaction.
3) After the payment of deposit, you will receive a call from collections department for the schedule of pick-up.
4) Once the waste has been collected, you will receive “tax invoice” of the actual charges and it will be deducted from the deposit, you will be notified if there is refund or additional payment is needed. .
5) If additional payment is required, we encourage you to use contact-less mode of payment if not possible we will be contacting you.
6) Once the payment has been done, we will be communicating with you on how you will receive the refund (if there is). Receipt and certification for the disposal for MOH purposes will be sent again via email.
