  - Go to www.wekaya.ae and click Login.
  - Click on Register New Account button.
  - Enter all required information.
  - Upload a copy of your Emirates ID.
  - Click on I’m not a robot Capcha box and click Confirm.
  - You will receive an SMS and Email activation.
  - At the email activation, click on the Activate button.
  - You can also activate your account by pressing the link provided at the SMS notification..
  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.
  - Enter your password.
  - Click Login.

  - Go to www.wekaya.ae and click Login.
  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.
  - Enter your password.
  - Click Login.
  - Under My Available Services, click Service Contract.
  - Be sure to prepare all required documents before proceeding.
  - In the Economic and Development section, enter all details from trade license.
  - Then click Save and Continue.
  - In the Ministry of Health and Prevention section, enter all details from MOH Establishment license and/or MOH Letter.
  - Then click Save and Continue.
  - In General Information section, enter the required details.
  - Then click Save and Continue.
  - In Working Hour section, enter the facility timings.
  - Then click Save and Continue.
  - If Medical Waste Officer(MWO) is available, select the name of MWO from the list and upload the required documents.
  - If there is no MWO, leave the default value “New”.
  - Click Save.
  - Review all provided information.
  - Click the link I accept the terms and condition.
  - Read Terms of Use.
  - Click Accept.
  - Click Save.
  - Once you are done, our team will verify your application. You will receive an SMS and Email notification if there is any update.

  - Go to www.wekaya.ae and click Login.
  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.
  - Enter your password.
  - Click Login.
  - At My Request section, look for a request with Payment Order is Ready status.
  - Click Details.
  - Click on Online option.
  - Click Submit.
  - Enter your card details.
  - Click Pay button
  - Once you are done, you will receive a notification that your payment was successfully submitted.

e-Contract is available for you to download or print it.

  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.

  - Be sure to prepare all required documents before proceeding.
  - In the Economic and Development section, enter all details from trade license.
  - Then click Save and Continue.
  - In the Ministry of Health and Prevention section, enter all details from MOH Establishment license and/or MOH Letter.
  - Then click Request for Letter.

  - In the Economic and Development section, enter all details from trade license.
  - Then click Save and Continue.

  - Click Forgot Password button.
  - Enter your Trade License Number.
  - Enter your Registered email address.
  - Click Forgot button.
  - You will receive an email with your temporary password.
  - Use the temporary password to enter to the portal.
  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.
  - Enter your password.
  - Click Login.

  - Go to www.wekaya.ae and click Login.
  - At the Login page, Enter your trade license number.
  - Enter your password.
  - Click Login.
  - Select the request you want to edit your detials.
  - Click Details button at the right side of the request.
  - At the upper right part of the page, click Edit button.
  - Select the section you want to edit.
  - After updating, click Save button.
  - Review the updated details.
  - If you wish to update other section of your details, click Back button.
  - Once everything is done, click Save.
