At Wekaya, we follow the instructions of His Highness the Governor of Sharjah, as we consider these instructions as a cresset and approach to be followed. We spare no efforts to develop whatever relates to reducing the risks, threatening the public health and the environment by applying the best modern approaches in the field of hazardous medical wastes' treatment to protect the environment and improve public health through the proper treatment of such wastes at the time in which the UAE is witnessing unprecedented leaps in the health services level due to the increasing number of health facilities in various parts of the country, and the steady growth in medical facilities of various specialization in response to the growth of population. The UAE works according to a consistent strategy and an ambitious plan to occupy the highest position in international forums by adopting the means of development in all life aspects up to taking care of the citizen's health, community and environment. Given that the country is an active member of the World Health Organization, which considers the health as a key part in advanced human development, we in Wekaya will keep hard working to apply the best practices in order to maintain the public health and environment.
