Letter for Rehabilitation Facilities

1. Please login into your Wekaya Account.

2. If you are not registered with Wekaya, please click register to create an account.

3. Once you complete your registration, login to myaccount.wekaya.ae and go to Dashboard.

4. Go to My Available e-Services and Select the "Letter for Rehabilitation Facilities".

Please prepare the scanned copy of the following documents (pdf or jpg format):

1. Emirates ID (Account User)

2. Professional/Trade License

3. MOH Establishment License

4. MOH Letter (Number of Doctors / Technicians / Beds)
